merge email from old to new computer

I got a new computer & installed Outlook 2000. How do I get my
previous email folders from my old computer to my new computer? Both
computers have WinXP & Outlook 2002. I've been using the new computer
for a couple of months and now have emails on both computers. Can I
merge the emails? What directory containd the outlook folders?
