Merge labels to Outlook

Is there a way to merge Mailing labels INTO Outlook. A reverse question, I
know. Was emailed the labels, now want to merge to my Outlook contacts.

That doesn't help much. Look at Outlook's import Wizard to see what file
formats Outlook can import. Then convert this file to one of those formats.
