Merging single record into a document

I just need to insert 3 fields from a qoery in access into a standardised word document

I only ever need to print 1 record in any one instance, I know i am being lazy but I am trying to automate everthing and the entire principle behind databases is never having to type in the same data twice

Any ideas anyone
