message disappears

When I write an email and press send the email goes to the recipient but the
message disappears. What am I doing wrong?

its not in the sent folder? what type of email acct do you have?

I'm going to assume you have Outlook 2003 since you don't share that info
with us. Click the following:
Tools - Options - Email options - Save copies of messages in Sent Items
folder (put a check mark)
