Message keeps popping up every once in a while

I just installed Outlook 2003 and im connecting to a exchange 2000 server.
Every once in awhile I get this message poping up from an icon by my clock.

Outlook is trying to retrieve data from the Microsoft Exchange Server
"Server2"

Is this message an error message? What do i do to fix it.

It's not so much an error message as it is a message telling you that for
some reason, the Exchange Server is responding slowly. It could be network
traffic, or a large email message coming into your account. Unless you get
the message constantly, I wouldn't worry about it.
