Message: PWA using Softgrid Client install.

We installed project server 2007 integrated with Windows SharePoint Portal
Server. When i access the projects via WSPS there is an icon to edit the
project in Microsoft Project Professional 2007. We installed the clients of
Microsoft Project by using the Softgrid Application virtualization tool. When
i click the icon to edit a project I get the message: "You need Microsoft
Project Professional....."
Because the client is installed by Softgrid, the PWA cannot find the client .
When I install the the software on the client using a .msi package. all
works fine. Can anyone help me to solve this problem, so I can access the
softgrid version by clicking the icon in PWA

I'd suggest finding a softgrid/virtualisation discussion group for this
particular question.

This error typically occurs when you have not set up MSP with a valid
Project Server account which is typically the situation after an MSP
install. Launch MSP and check that a connection account is set up and
therefore connects to the server.
