Messages in top of information store

One of our users has moved a message to the top of the
information store (where it says Mailnox - users name) how
can they be retrieved?

using advanced find or turn off the folder homepage then turn it back on.
Right click on the folder, choose properties, remove the check from the
folder homepage and add it back after you get the message.
