messages staying in ouitbox

When I try to send emails they are sticking in the ouybox. I have tried the
suggestions in help with no luck.

Enable diagnostic logging to see what the problem is. Exactly how is
version-specific, however, and you decided to keep your version of Outlook a
secret, so I'll assume you can figure out how on your own.
