I have noticed recently a problem with all of my help files associated with
Microsoft products installed on my computer, Office XP and Windows XP.
When I try to access help from any Office application a blank screen pops
up. I am able to type a question into the question entry box in the tool bar
and see the list of possible topics, but thats it.
When I try to access Windows help IE explorer or outlook express I will get
nothing at all, no blank window.
I have looked out on the knowledge base and found a few articles and tried
to correct according to them but with no luck. Any suggestions?
