Hi there,

I'm trying to setup MS project 2000. Each time I start it
the windows Installer service fails. I've tried all things
describe on the web to fix it and it doen't work (Re-
register MSI, i'm the administrator,...). The message is
Microsoft Service Installer could not be accessed ...
Please Help me!!
