microsoft office 2002 WordArt does not show on paper, clipart wil.

I have windows xp (home) I have tried several time to use WordArt but it will
not show on paper, only the box, I can't use my clip-art either, please can
you solve problem?

Tools | Options | View: Make sure that the box for "Picture placeholders" is
not checked.
