Microsoft Office 2003 uninstallation

Error 2330 while trying to uninstall Office 2003: c:\windows\shellnew verify
that this folder exist or that you have sufficient right to it.

if I go to that folder, I have a popup telling me that the c: drive is not
formatted and if I want to format it.

??? Anyone can help me?

I have windows xp sp2 brand new installed yesterday..

I have run into that problem when the AutoExec.bat file is deleted.
Running Checkdisc will replace the problem with your c:, but I'm yet to
solve the problem with uninstalling Office 2003.

Ran Checkdisc by doule click My Computer, right click C:, properties,
tools, Check Now, restart computer. Hope this helps!!

I have run into that problem when the AutoExec.bat file is deleted.
Running Checkdisc will replace the problem with your c:, but I'm yet to
solve the problem with uninstalling Office 2003.

Ran Checkdisc by doule click My Computer, right click C:, properties,
tools, Check Now, restart computer. Hope this helps!!
