Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003: won't work

ok, when ever I try to use MOPE2003 it says that it's standard addition and
no matter how many times I uninstall it and reinstall it and do all that
other stuff, it still doesn't work. Help would be very nice right now.

Did you by chance try using the trial version first?

No, please no. There seem to be issues when the trial edition is used first
and then a full edition installed. It has nothing to do with whether or not
you know Word.

Are you *positive* it's the Pro edition? (I know, dumb question, but
sometimes you have to start at step 1.)
