It will never retain its original dimensions when resizing. The whole point
of resizing is to change the dimensions. If you mean to retain its original
aspect ratio, the aspect ratio is preserved by default in Publisher 2002 and
2003, unlike in Publisher 2000 (IIRC, haven't actually used it in years).
There is no such application as Microsoft Publisher 2004. If there was, it
would be a Mac version, as Office 2004 is a Mac product line. There is no
Mac version of Publisher.
Try the Shift key. You never know.
