have words in computer ready to go and in order to use it I have to
register...do not have the key code anymore
Did you happen to read the label that says in big black type on yellow
background "DO NOT DISCARD, you will need this key to use the
program"?
It was there for a reason.
You'll need to contact Microsoft Sales. You will probably need some
sort of proof of purchase.
