I am running Outlook 2003 Professional. Each time I attempt to write an
email, a dialogue box pops up saying that Word has encountered a problem and
needs to close. I first went from XP version to 2003 to attempt to resolve
the problem with no luch. I have downloaded all available updates with no
luck. I am about to trash the HD and do a fresh XP install. Any help is
appreciated.
