Microsoft Word Forms fed by Access

Scott

I am using Word forms that are populated from Access. In 2002, I do not get
a dialog. In 2003, I get a dialog informing me I am running a query. When
selecting "Yes" to allow the query to run, I then get the data source dialog.
If I do not select another source, the data does get populated from Access.
Is there any way of not displaying these dialogs ?

This is mail merge, I take it? Check out this KB article

"Opening This Will Run the Following SQL Command" Message When You Open a Word
Document - 825765
http://support.microsoft.com?kbid=825765

Note that it is very important that you quote message texts EXACTLY as they're
displayed. If you do, they can be searched in the KB; if you don't, you have to
hope you come across someone who recognizes what it MIGHT be...
