Microsoft Word Forms

I am creating a form that has lots of instruction pages. How to I make the
form stop at the instructions so the users will be able to read them instead
of just going on to the next form field.

Could you put the text in a form field with "Fill-in enabled" unchecked?

Try putting a checkbox by each instruction to be checked indicating that the
instruction has been read.

What you are talking about is what Word calls an "online form." For more
