Microsoft word

Each time I print a word document it also prints a report of file name,
directory,template etc. how do i turn this application off.

Hello! Within Word, try going to Tools > Options. Click on the Print tab.
UNmark the box called Document Properties. Click OK. Try now to reprint.

In Word:
Tools>Options
Print (tab)
Include with document (section)
UNCHECK all (except 'Drawing objects')
