Migrating Outlook Express addresses to Outlook

I am trying to find a way to migrate outlook express addresses
(.WAB) to outlook. I tried exporting a CSV file, but the
addresses are organized (grouped) in folders within the WAB
and I can't get the addresses in the folders to export and
in particular I want the folder structure to be established
in Outlook when I move things.

Is there an easy way to do this move?

The only other way I've uncovered is by brute force to recreate
all the folders and use drag and drop to move groups of the
addresses across, but this is very time consuming and I'd like
to find an automated way if possible.
