Milestone Reporting

Susie

Hi!

I am printing a milestone report to show significant tasks for my project.

When I print my report I get the milestones, but I also get their Summary
tasks printed on the report.

Is there any way that I can just get the actual milestone task (0 days ones)
printed on my report and not the Summary tasks??

Thanks in advance

Susie

The report is probably using the Milestones Task Filter which is probably
set to show summary rows as well. To turn this off:
Select Project, Filtered For, More Filters
Select the Milestones filter then Click Edit.
Deselect the Show Summary Rows Option
Click OK then Close and try your report again.

Hi Rod,

Thanks for your help.

This still doesn't solve my reporting problem though, I still see summary
tasks in my Milestone report.

Any more ideas?

Susie:
Go to "View" "Reports", "Custom". Choose "Milestones" and "Edit". Uncheck
the summary lines. This should do it for you.

Hi Susie,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

Try Tools/Options.../View tab and remove the tick in Show summary tasks.

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)
