Milestone Rollup Titles

I have several projects rolled up to their respective summary task with the
milestones on their summaries. The summary text is below the bars. The
issue is the text overlaps itself because of length and focus size of gantt
chart. Is there a way to clean this up? And a way to do it without static
assignments in flag fields and the such?

Hi RHoskins ,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup

You could reduce the text length. If that's not an option, then create a
Text field with an abbreviated task name and include that in the summary
instead. Or you could put alternate text above and below (Use Text1 and
Text2). Or you could use the drawing tools to put a text box pointing to
the summary at the correct point. Or......?
