Mircrosoft Project Web Access does not work after default install

Get "Loading Data" all over the place is Web Access after
logging in. This seems to be some ACtive X controls not
showing up. Tried all MSADC related configuration as
indicated in support Knowledge base. Even tested
standalone RDS and it works. Just does not work. Errror is
in the client vbscript "Business Object cannot be
creaated". Reinstalled Project Server twice. This is very
frustrating.

Environment is as follows
Windows 2000 Server SP4
IIS 5
SQL Server Standard 2000 SP3a
Project Server 2002.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!
