Missing BCWS values

If Resource A has been allocated to Tasks 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 - the BCWS values
for Tasks A, B and C are accurate, but those for D and E are $0.00? It's
similar with Resources B and C also.

The Standard Rate for all the resources was probably put at the same time -
after the project was baselined.

Does any one know if I can get the missing BCWS values or do I have to
calculate the values?

If I rebaseline after the project has started and some Actuals have been
entered will MSP not use the Actuals to calculate the Baseline values (BCWS &
BCWP)?

Yes it will. But your only other choice is to find a copy of the schedule
before you made any updates, baseline it correctly and then update it to
match your current schedule. Sometimes the best you can do is just start now
and ignore any water that has already passed under the bridge.

You dont have to re-baseline thye entire project - yuou can baseline selected
tyasks, I take it the new tasks will have gone through a formal change
control so that the changes in Budget can be explained!!

If there was no baseline data for any tasks then there is NO baseline data.
Therefore you must baseline ALL tasks. This is not a situation where there
are new tasks with no baseline. If there was a baseline and new tasks got
added then you are correct, but in this case Nan needs to baseline the whole
thing - and perhaps then edit the baseline for some selected tasks.
