Missing Icon

I used to have an icon for Envelopes and Labels on the Word toolbar. After
recent reinstalling Windows (OS XPPro) and Office 2003 I do not have it and
cannot find it in the Tools/Customise.
Can anyone help me to restore this icon?

It is there, look again... In the customize dialog, click tools, scroll down to
Envelopes and Labels.
