missing macros

I have designed a template and made some macros to run it.

Generally, it's a letter header, and the macros have been designed to
insert the body of the letter, from a range.

The template lives in a Shared folder, which is on a Network.
However, I am the only person who can see the Macros, nobody else even
gets a warning that they exsist when they open this particular
template.

The question is - what have I done wrong? Is there more to just Tools;
Macro; Record New Macro? Have I missed something??

Any help please!

Thank you

Trish

Hi

Individual users can turn off the macro warning in their preferences.

Do the macros exist when the others open the template? It's possible you
have 2 templates with the same name in different locations - one of which is
without macros. They might be opening the wrong template.

Thanks, this has worked - I've inserted a Module & copied the Macros
over, other users can now see the Macros, but can't they can't seem to
enable them!

I have actually gone around to their PC's & told them what to open, so
that there has been no doubt as to what they are looking at.

So, I'm getting closer!!
