Missing Public Folders in Outlook 2003

Known of the clients upgraded to Outlook 2003 can see
Public Folders. All Clients are in the folder view and
can view assigned resource folders, psts, and others users
folders assigned to them by the user. All have the latest
2003 patches installed. Any ideas?
Thanks

Click "Folder List" at the bottom of the screen, they are there. No idea
why MS moved them from the default view

they made the individual folder views to clean up the views. Had they made
the folder list the default no one would use the other views.
