Missing Text when printing Gantt Chart

I'm priting the 'Resource Names' field on the right side of the taskbars in
my Gantt Chart. It seems that every now and then, MSP gets in a rut where
the resource names of the last task in the list (at the bottom) are missing.

When this starts to occur, it occurs consistently, each time I PrintPreview
(or just Print) a Gantt Chart. If I close my project and reopen, the problem
goes away, for about 3-5 PrintPreviews of the Gantt Chart, then the problem
returns. Close and Reopen, and the cycle continues.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
KellyB

I've found this often happens when the fit timescale to end of page option
is set. Project ignores text at the end of bars when scaling. To fix:

File, Page Setup
Select View tab
Deselect fit timescale to end of page
You now need to manually adjust the timescale by double-clicking the
timescale and tweaking the size %

I usually select View, more views and create a new Gantt chart called Gantt
Chart - Print. I then setup this view to look good on paper. I then swap
back to the normal view to continue working. All tweaks and adjustments to
make the chart look good on paper are therefore preserved and time spent
reformatting is eliminated.

My 'fit timescale to end of page' option was not set, and the problem still
occured. Also, because I set up my tasks grouped by areas, the task at the
bottom of the screen is not necessarily the one furthest to the right. Just
now, it still happened, but I found that if moved the screen left or right
and roughly centered the bottom task in the screen, then the problem went
away.

You just had to tweak it left and right until it worked. Once it worked it
stayed there until I ran a new filter.

This is quite a pain because I sometimes macro print a Gantt for each
resource, and I don't want to have to play with each prinout.
