Please can someone help!

I have a Gantt chart set up with Task ID, Task, Duration, Start
Finish, Predecessor and Resource Names set up as columns. However, whe
I want to print the Gantt View it is not printing out the Resource Name
column. I can't work out how to include this column in the printe

Hello Brighthousej,

By default, Ms Project prints the columns which are entirely displayed on
the screen. In the Resource Names is a little bit covered by the graphical
part of the Gantt Chart, it will not be printed. Double click the vertical
split line which separates the two parts so that it sticks on the column
side.

Another way : check the option:
File / Page Setup... / View / Print all sheet columns

Hope this helps,

Hi there ,

Sorry for butting in here Gérard!

Another thing you might also try is the "Copy Picture" fuctionality ,
a little camera on the toolbar. Highlight whatever you want printed
Click on copy picture, then select "Render for : Printer and make sure
the "selected rows" under copy is selected. and there you go!!
