Missing the "from" column on outlook

I dont' know what happened, but I am missing the "from"
heading (from...subject....date) from outlook 2000. It
was there and I must have done something to make it
disappear. Any ideas on where it went and how to get it
back?

Missing from what view?
Can't you just R click on the column headers > Customize... then use Field
Chooser to drag it back where you want it?

Right-click on a column header, select Field Chooser from the menu and drag
the required up to the row of existing headers.
