mouse middle wheele on a query return

I just reliazed that I need to scroll on the vertical scroll bar for
some query returns and then I can scroll the data using middle wheele.

I am unable to scroll data using middle wheele until I click on and
scroll data from vertical bar.


Is it any configuration to set the mouse middle wheele work all the
time?
