Mouse Scroll in Subform

Hello. I'm using Access 97 and have a subform where the mouse scroll is NOT
working.

I've downloaded and tried Stephan LeBans 'MouseWheelOnOff" code in placed it
in my "Load" event. I have the .mdb and the dll both on my desktop. This
still does not work - no scroll at all with the mouse.

Could there be something else that I've inadvertently turned off to prevent
this code from working?
