move calendar contents to my personal folder

we use outlook 2000 on MS windows 2000 prof........we have
setup personal folders for all users..........now we need
to MOVE all the contents of the calendar folder to the
calendar folder in the personal folder.how do we do the
same. please advice

Just drag and drop the the folder from your old folder to the new one. To
clear your old Calendar change your view of the Calendar to "By Category".
Now you'll get a long list which you can select with CTRL+A and delete with
SHIFT+DEL to skip your Recycle Bin.
