Move MS Office to new computer

I am purchasing a new computer and need to install MS Office Pro 2003 on the new machine. Since I have already registered it on my old one, how can I move it to the new one? Will uninstalling from the old one work?

Provided your Office 2003 Professional is not an OEM version, you can
uninstall from old computer and install one your new computer. If it has
been more than 120 days since Office 2003 was activated, internet activation
should work. Else, use the phone option.

If your Office 2003 is an upgrade version, you will need to have the
qualifying product CD available to insert in your drive when asked for a
qualifying product.
