Move Office to a New Computer

I have a desktop system that keeps crashing and after the
fifth rebuild this year I gave up. I've tried new
everything to no avail. I have not reinstalled anything
on my old system its bare. The replacement computer
arrives in a week or so.

My question is:

Is it possible to move Office 2003 Pro from one computer
to another and what is the procedure. I did not get a
chance to uninstalled the previous installation, will
this cause a problem?

Any help would be greatly appericated.

Assuming retail version, simply reinstal and activate, you may have to use
phone activation method and tell how yr prev. sys expired, terminally.
