Movie Background

I would like to have a presentation using a movie file as the background.
One that is like a waterfall scene that keeps looping. I would then like to
have text over the top of this etc. Do you have to have a certain add on
program to do this or what? TIA!

Movies always play on "top". If you have an animated GIF, you can put it on the
background and show other things on top. However, I would offer that movement
can be extremely distracting. If you want to keep your audience focused on the
information or message you are presenting, you might consider just using a
static image as a background.
