movies with frontpage

I have FrontPage 2002, I would like to have short movies on it. anyone know
how I can get them to show in the pages?

I have done it once before but I was a long time ago. so I can not
remember.

This varies somewhat depending on the type of movie and
the type of browser.

Usually, the best method is to drag the movie file from
Windows Explorer, drop it somewhere in the FrontPage
Folder List, and then set up a simple hyperlink to it.
This will download the file and start the visitor's
player. Make not of the file size and the required player
near the hyperlink.

Embedding videos in ordinary Web pages is a nuisance
because the movie files are so large. However, if you must
do this, the most universal method is to add them as
Netscape Plug-Ins. Choose Web Component from the Insert
menu, choose Advanced in the text box at the left, and
Plug-In in the text box at the right.
