moving between cells

Suddenly, I can no longer move between cells by using my
arrow keys. I've always been able to previously. Have I
changed something within my system (Excel 2000)to cause
this? How do I get the arrow keys to work again?

Sharon,

Is the sheet moving rather than your cells? In other words : Have you by
accident set Scroll Lock ?
