Moving lots of messages from one PST to a diff PST

I would like to combine LOTS for PST folders (mostly ackups etc, but may
have lots of different messages.

I would like to copy all messages from a folder structure, look at the LAST
portion of the folder, and then move it to a new PSTs with the same folder
name under a folder called "MAIL"

Example,
I might have the following folders
outlook/incoming/meeting request
outlook/meeting request

I would want to move all of the messages in both of these to the new folder
temp-outlook/mail/meeting request

temp-outlook and outlook are the 2 different pst files

I would like to be able to run this on each PST I have, and it basically,
climb down the tree.

Doing the same thing with contacts , notes and tasks as well

I do have a program that I will run later to find the duplicates.
