Moving Office Pro from an old machine to a new machine

I have purchased a new computer running Windows XP. I
have a legitimate copy of Office XP (Professional) on the
old machine which I wish to transfer to the new machine.

Can I expect problems with "product activation" ?

Are there any crucial steps I would need to take in
regards to activation -- ie do I need to engage in
dialogue with microsoft ?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Uninstall it. Be prepared to call Microsoft to re-register it. No big
deal there.

How much upgrading can be done to a computer with an OEM copy?...(i.e. hard
drive, processor, motherboard, CD-ROM's?) Where do they draw the limit?
What exactly is the copy "tied" to?...the case?
