Moving outlook files to new laptop

Have Outlook XP Pro on both computers - 2 separate
installs of two products

I want to migrate all my outlook files over

I can move the pst files and see them but what other
files need to be moved to get my view, accounts etc or do
I have to redo my email accounts?

Files are files and settings are settings. Never the twain shall meet.

You can use the import export wizard to get your files to the other
computer, you'll need to make all your setting changes and account settings
on the new computer. Sit them side by side and go right through the
Tools/Options screens and replicate your old settings.

No, no! Just copy the PST files to the new computer and Open them in
Outlook. No import/export needed.

Or use the Files and Settings wizard to pull them over.
