Does anyone know if there is a way of setting up the Tasks in Outlook 2003 to move to a Folder (for review) instead of deleting when ticked??

They won't be deleted unless you've got AutoArchive set to do so. Make sure
that your view is set to display all taks not just Active Tasks.

Yeah thanks Roady, I actully needed to move task once completed into another folder (not into deleted items, it's just too risky! I button and their gone) for review if need be. I have just set it to view only active tasks but it is still going to load that folder right up....do you know of a simple way to move tasks around

Thank

Lauren

You can create a new Tasks (sub)folder by File-> New-> Folder and move them
to it.

Yeah how do you move them to the sub-folder with out clicking and dragging....is there an easyer way? 'Coz if you need to move say 20 task a day it can be quite time consuming to dragg them all across.

Thanks again
