MS Front Page problem loading

I'm having a major problem here. The other day I was working on a few
things...most of them involving FP. Part of the programming I'm working on
deals with radio streaming. Due to the CPU usage, I generally have to stop
the streaming audio manger to work on the web using FP. This time I forgot
to stop the stream and the system locked up. I had to shut everything down
without using proper procedures. When I came back up everything worked
except FP. I initially just got error messages informing me that I was low
on virtual memory. Today I bumped this up and all though everything else ran
faster FP did not. It just hung there. I then tried the repair from my
disc. When this didn't work I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall. Now it
won't let me reinstall, stating that my system is missing something it needs
to do so. I can't remember what the something was, but I do know that I
should have everything FP would need to load. If anyone could point me in
the direction I need to look at to take of this situation, I'll be one very
happy guy. I still have a lot of work to do on my site and I really need FP
to do it.
