To confirm: you CAN open Outlook - but your info is missing ?
How did problem start ? Just all of a sudden - won't open ?
Power outage ? Dropped laptop ? etc
Are you familiar with Outlook - setup ?
Exchange server ? Webmail ?
Can you locate / SEE your pst file ?
how big is it ? 2gb limit reached ?
Is there more than one pst ? All bad ?
(Trying to see if program setting or pst files bad )
Have you run scanpst.exe ?
( Make a backup of your PST file before running it).

Does THAT work/fail ?
If fails - what is error ?
