MS Outlook Express and MS Office Outlook 2003

Hi

My wife has been using Outlook Express for some time on her laptop.
We use a pop3 server and can have as many generic addresses as we need,
along the lines of (e-mail address removed), (e-mail address removed) and so on.

With Express its easy to set it so that it only downloads her e-mail by
setting my addresses as 'do not download from server' and checking leave mail
on server.

That way she can get her mail on the laptop and mine stays ready for my PC,
then she can also get her mail on mine if required.

Question is how do you do this with Office Outlook?

Can't seem to find a rules setting on par with Express.

Thanks for any help

There isn't one.
