MS Outlook xp font size

we run MS Small business server 2000, win xp clients &
office xp. One 1 client machine fonts are about Arial 16
in the preview pane. i have no idea why and have been
unable to change the font. Any suggestions?

What type of message are we talking about? Plain Text, HTML, Rich Text?
