MS Pro Office & Outlook Exp

I had MS office on my computer and it would not let me use the 'invoice
creator in publisher... it said that I did not have Outlook on m
computer, which I don't. I tried to access it on the cd and install i
and got an error message that the contact manager was not found.
tried removing the entire MS office program, and now cannot re-instal
it at all! Anyone have any ideas? Shouldn't outlook express be on th
2003 edition cd? I also cannot install outlook 2003 because it wants t
install an older version of IE at the same time. AAAHHHHH!!

No clue. I use Publisher with Outlook Express even tho I have Outlook. I
would suggest downloading it. Nothing ventured, blah blah, blah.
