MS Project 2000 - Font Size for Resource Names

In the Gantt Chart view, I have the resource names showing at the end of the
bar (right side of the chart). However, I need to make the resource names
smaller as they are being truncated. How do I do this?

Select Bar Text - Right from the Item to change drop down.
