MS Project 2003 - cannot see macros

I have macros in the global template, I have security set
at low but when i go to TOOLS/MACRO/MACROS... there are
no macros in the list box for any of the locations.
I have tried copying the macros from global to my project
to no avail.
I have used the application repair facility to no avail.
Any suggestions?

Aren't your VBA modules protected by a password ?
