MS Project 2003 Server No Outlook Email on Publish

Hello,

Has anyone experienced a sudden disconnect between MS Project 2003 Server
and Outlook when in Project and a new, updated or deleted task suddenly does
not generate an email to the assigned resource(s) on collaborate/publish?

I verified my Project Web Access (PWA) email notification setup and nothing
has changed from when it was working correctly. Verified that I was still
the owner of the schedule.

Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you - I found that a new firewall rule was put into effect, which
restricted project server emails. However, I will visit those sites for
future issues.
